Mental Health and Well-being

At GR Electrical Services, mental health and well-being are integral to our safety and work-related policiies.

We are proud to have a designated Mental Health First Aider, trained to provide initial support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health concerns. Confidential support is always available, and we actively encourage an open, stigma-free culture where team members feel safe to speak up and seek help.

At GR Electrical Services, we are committed to protecting the environment and minimising the impact of our operations. We comply with all relevant environmental legislation, continually monitor our environmental performance, and promote sustainable practices across our sites and supply chain.

Our policies, procedures, and training are continually reviewed and monitored by our internal Health and Safety Team, alongside our Health and Safety Adviser, Northern Safety Ltd. This ensures we maintain a safe, compliant, and responsive working environment.

We are also committed to the ongoing improvement of our safety, environmental, and quality management systems, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in all areas of our operations.
