GR Electrical Services Ltd are focused and committed to offering modern technical apprenticeships, typically running from a minimum of 2 years, an average of 4 and a known maximum of 8! Enabling opportunity and investment in young and future engineers. This undertaken as an on-the-job training system undertaken typically as a day release system to college, delivering a balance of both academic and practical training.

The importance of apprentices is paramount to the company, which has seen development to such positions as; Operation Directors, Engineering Managers, Sales Managers, Senior Test Engineers, and many more.
