We are fortunate in this climate to still be at full tilt...

which with all the new pressures means we all need to get

stuck in, dig into our archives and deliver.

This morning I was assistant to our Lead Site Engineer, witnessing the know

ledge professionalism first hand.

Although CV19 is tearing our world apart and probably the biggest challenge of certainly my career it’s actually a great time, an essential time to learn, adapt and evolve.

This weeks lesson for me, I haven’t been the assistant often enough, helping the team comes in various forms and experiencing what they experience is a part I will make more time for.

I have been fortunate enough to have a career that has enabled me to ‘understand the animal’ a saying and action that has stayed with me from young. But understanding the animal doesn’t mean you shouldn’t check in to experience how it’s developing.
